Ingredients

Ingredients are everything that may be consumed in the course of carrying out a project or intervention.
For example, you may record that to carry out a particular job, you consumed 10 bags of plaster, 7 of which are billable because they were included in the estimate, 3 packed lunches, 75 kilometers, 50 hours of subcontracting time…. etc.
As interventions can be attached to projects (or to tickets via the GESTAN_TICKET extension), ingredient consumption can be consolidated at project or ticket level.
When invoicing a job, billable ingredients may or may not be invoiced directly to the customer.
Using the screen
Access : Activity → Interventions // then //Ingredients tab.
Ingredients must be listed as products.
The selector allows you to specify their nature (MO, supply, subcontract, Fee).
It is possible to specify the number consumed, which may be different from the number chargeable to the customer.
The contextual menu on the screen systematically opens the product selector when creating a new ingredient. How convenient!
