RELAUTO: Automatic mass invoice reminders *

This extension allows you to send invoice reminders automatically.

Configuration is done via the Tools → Application settings → Extension settings menu.

This screen allows you to set the reminder cycle (expressed in days). The reminder can generate a log file that will be sent to the billing manager if the 1 box is selected.

This screen also allows you to configure the sending of reminder emails: the sender, the standard message used, any attachments, the type of customer address, the sending of a confirmation of receipt, and the priority level.

Access: Business → Mass invoice reminders

This screen displays the list of invoices to be reminded, as well as the number of reminders sent and the date of the last reminder if the invoice is checked (i.e. if the reminder is activated for the invoice).

Clicking on the Resend button automatically updates the list of invoices to be resent.

Reminders are sent when Gestan is opened.
