Gestan allows you to define objectives: turnover, profits, expenses, invoicing or production of quotes, monthly or annually. These having been defined, Gestan will be able to display their degree of achievement and their evolution over time.

Goals can be permanently displayed on your screen via the corresponding widgets.

The objectives table displays all defined objectives.

For billing or quote purposes, it is possible to specify a user code filter, either the user who creates the part or the user who follows it.

Annual goals are calculated based on one month of the year. For example, if your accounting starts on 01/09, you can calculate the annual objectives from September 1 to August 31. This starting month is set using the combo at the top and right of the objective list screen.

The objectives concerning turnover or profits are calculated based on the allocation of entries for the period, taking into account only product class entries (7 in France) and expenses (6 in France). It is therefore not a pure accounting vision, but a trend indicator.

On the screen, the “Graph” button displays the corresponding graph, starting on the selected date.

The widgets objectives allow you to permanently display on the Gestan home screen a certain number of selected objectives, as well as their degree of achievement.

The probability of them being reached is also calculated, pro rata over time.
